1 Handmade & Customized Products

Many products offered by Giftora8 are handmade, personalized or created specifically according to customer requirements.

As a result:

• Minor variations in color, texture, size, shape or design may occur.
• Handmade products may not be exactly identical to reference images.
• Screen or photograph colors may vary slightly from the actual product.
• Small differences resulting from the handmade process are normal.
• Reasonable variations shall not automatically be considered defects.

2 Custom Order & Advance Booking

For customized gifts, personalized products, 3D casting projects, handmade bouquets, special craft items and event-related orders, customers are requested to place their order at least 7–10 days before the required occasion or delivery date.

This allows sufficient time for:

• Design planning and approval
• Material sourcing and preparation
• Handcrafting and customization
• Production and quality checks
• Packaging and delivery arrangements

3 Design Approval

Where applicable, Giftora8 may provide a design preview, concept or draft before final production.

• Customers should carefully check names, dates, spellings and design details before approval.
• Production may begin once the design is approved.
• Changes requested after approval may not always be possible.
• Additional changes may require extra time and charges.

4 Pricing

All prices, quotations and service charges are subject to change without prior notice.

The final price for customized products may depend on:

• Product size and quantity
• Materials used
• Design complexity
• Customization requirements
• Delivery location
• Urgency of the order

5 Payment Terms

Full or partial advance payment may be required for customized and made-to-order products.

• Production may begin only after payment confirmation.
• Remaining balance and applicable charges must be paid as agreed.
• Customers should use only official payment details provided by Giftora8.

6 Cancellation Policy

Customized Orders

Customized and personalized products are specially created according to customer requirements. Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible.

• Advance payments may be non-refundable once materials or production work has begun.
• Cancellation requests are considered according to the current stage of the order.

Standard Products

Cancellation requests for non-customized products may be considered before dispatch or handover to the delivery partner.

7 Refund & Replacement

Due to the personalized and handmade nature of our products, customized and personalized products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.

Replacement may be considered in cases such as:

• Product damaged during transit
• Incorrect product delivered
• Significant manufacturing defect

8 Delivery & Shipping

Delivery dates and timelines are estimates unless specifically confirmed otherwise.

Giftora8 is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions or incorrect delivery information.

9 Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure that all information provided is accurate, including:

• Names, dates and spellings
• Customization details and instructions
• Clear and suitable uploaded images
• Correct phone number and contact details
• Correct delivery address

Giftora8 shall not be responsible for errors or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

10 Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Giftora8 website design, logo, branding, written content, product descriptions, graphics and original creative materials are the intellectual property of Giftora8.

These materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified or used commercially without prior written permission from Giftora8.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Giftora8 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our products, services or website.
